When will my order ship?

Please allow me 3-5 days after you have placed your order for me to ship your items. You will get a message via email/messages that your order has been successfully placed and that your order has shipped.

What shipping service do you use?

All orders are shipped with United States Postal Services ( USPS )

When will my order arrive?

These estimates are provided by USPS

USA: 1-4 business days

International: 6 - 20 business days

Please wait at least 4 weeks after ship date before inquiring about missing orders.

Shipping Policy

Delivery times are provided by USPS, please note these are estimates and not guaranteed. These estimates are for items sent between most major urban centres. Actual delivery times may also depend on other factors i.e. weather delays, customs, etc.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure their shipping address is correct. Please make arrangements to be present for your delivery or provide a secure place to deliver them. Any return-to-sender fees and reshipping costs will be covered by the buyer.

Import duties, customs, taxes, and charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Oversize Lettermail and Small Packet USA/International are the cheapest air parcel services provided by USPS. These shipping options have no tracking and no insurance. By choosing this option, you accept the risks of lost, damaged, or stolen goods, whether the loss or damage occurred before or after you receive them. You may not be eligible for a refund under these circumstances should you choose this service. You have the option to choose services which have both tracking and insurance. Please wait at least 4 weeks after ship date before inquiring about missing orders.

Once the items are “shipped” and are out of my hands I am no longer responsible for it.
